Addis Labs provides browser-based business tools and related account services. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and access
Premium access depends on subscription or billing state. Addis Labs may limit, suspend, or remove premium access when billing status changes, including expiration, cancellation, downgrade, or non-payment.
Data and content
You retain responsibility for the content you enter into the tools. You should keep your own copies of critical business data and exports.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Addis Labs may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
Refunds and support
Refund and support handling follows the current operational workflow published by Addis Labs. Manual review may be required while billing integrations are still being completed.
